We have used BC Tile and Floor Covering twice in the last three months.  We were very satisfied with their service, quality of work and their professionalism in getting the job done to their satisfaction and ours.
Brian Craft and his staff did an excellent job laying carpet and ceramic tile throughout our entire house.  They were very pleasant, helpful and easy to work with.  Brian predicted how long it would take to complete the job and didn’t go a day over his prediction.
Three months later we needed Brian’s services again because of a flood in the lower level of our bi-level home.  Due to the circumstances of needing BC Tile and Floor Covering it wasn’t quite as exciting as the first time.  Brian’s compassion and understanding were very much needed and appreciated.  Once again Brian and his staff completed the job in record time.
We have had so many compliments on our new tile and carpet.  We couldn’t be happier with the results.  We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Your team was helpful, knowledgeable and professional.  They show a genuine passion for their work.  This passion has helped us to be more comfortable with the build.  They didn’t treat it as a job: they truly treated it as something special.
